• Product sizes and designs are specific to the phone model chosen during checkout. Please check carefully before ordering.

Ordering Process

• Orders can be placed only through our website.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
• Rastic reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
• We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
• Payment must be completed for an order to be processed and shipped.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

• Replacements or refunds are available only for:
  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Missing items or incorrect products (All must be supported by an unboxing video)
• An unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return or replacement request.
• You must raise a request within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 working hours.

Intellectual Property

• All content on Rastic.in—including images, logos, designs, and text—is the property of Rastic and is protected under copyright laws.
• No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Rastic shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
