Returns Policy
We want you to love what you order from Rastic! That said, we only offer replacements if the product you receive is damaged or defective.
Noticed an Issue
If there’s a problem with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it by emailing us at help@rastic.in. We’ll share the return shipping address, and once we get your returned item, we’ll send out a replacement right away.
What We Don’t Cover
- Wrong item ordered? Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges or replacements if the item you received is what you ordered, but it’s not what you expected.
- Color differences? Please note that colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings like brightness, contrast, or resolution. While we do our best to display colors accurately, slight variations may occur.
Returns For:
- Items that are not damaged or defective
- Products ordered by mistake
- Items returned simply because they’re not to your liking
