To be eligible for a replacement or refund, a clear unboxing video is required as proof of the issue. (No claims will be accepted without it.)

You can request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged when delivered
  • There are missing parts or accessories
  • The item is not as described on the website
  • The product is defective or not working properly

You must raise a request within 3 days of receiving the order.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 working hours to your original payment method.
