Delivery Timeline

Once you place your order, you can expect it to arrive within 5 to 7 working days. We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Details

We ship your order to the exact address you provide at checkout, so please double-check your details before completing your purchase. If you’re not available to receive the package, the courier will try again. After two delivery attempts, if the order still can’t be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.

What Happens If Your Order Comes Back to Us?

If your order is returned (also known as an RTO or Return to Origin), we won’t be able to offer a refund. But don’t worry — we’re happy to ship it to you again! Just contact us with your updated address and correct contact information, and we’ll arrange for it to be resent the very next working day.
